AI-SGAP for Beta Partners

Help shape a more useful approach to AI security assessment.

AI-SGAP – AI Security Gap Analysis & Prioritization – is a framework and product under development to help organizations connect AI security evidence, identify gaps, and prioritize action.

I am inviting expressions of interest from prospective beta partners who can help evaluate its usefulness in realistic assessment workflows.

Who should participate?

The beta is intended for organizations and practitioners who:

  • Are developing, deploying, or assessing enterprise AI systems.
  • Need a clearer connection between security requirements, available evidence, and remediation priorities.
  • Can involve someone familiar with the AI system and someone responsible for security or risk review.
  • Are willing to provide candid, structured feedback.
  • Understand that participation involves an evolving product with documented limitations.

Security consultancies and implementation partners interested in supporting future customer adoption are also welcome to get in touch.

What will we evaluate together?

The proposed beta will focus on practical questions:

  • Customer intake: Are the questions understandable, relevant, and proportionate?
  • Evidence collection: Can participants understand what information is needed and why?
  • Assessment clarity: Are gaps, uncertainty, and follow-up requests clearly explained?
  • Model assistance: Does the assistance help reviewers interpret evidence while retaining human accountability?
  • Actionability: Do findings help the organization identify a useful next step?
  • Workflow usability: Can customers and assessors follow the process without unnecessary friction?

The final scope will be agreed before participation begins.

What would participation involve?

  • An initial discussion about your organization, AI use case, and objectives.
  • Agreement on a bounded evaluation scope and suitable test information.
  • Appropriate confidentiality and beta participation agreements.
  • A guided evaluation of the available workflow.
  • Feedback on usability, findings, limitations, and missing capabilities.
  • A closing discussion about lessons learned and potential next steps.

In your initial email, share only a brief, nonconfidential description of your organization and AI use case. We will agree on information handling before exchanging assessment material.

Where is the product today?

AI-SGAP is in active development, with work spanning customer intake, evidence workflows, model evaluation, and AWS staging preparation and validation.

Beta access will depend on completion of the relevant technical and operational checks. Expressing interest does not guarantee immediate access.

What should partners expect?

  • Clear communication about the scope and limitations of the evaluation.
  • An opportunity to influence product priorities through practical feedback.
  • Human review and accountability throughout the assessment process.
  • A discussion of participation terms, availability, and any costs before commitment.

A beta assessment does not certify compliance or guarantee that an AI system is secure or ready for production.
